Waters Edge is all about good old-fashioned fun provided in a cozy countryside RV resort on the outskirts of Zephyrhills. Our guests enjoy chatting around our community campfires, visiting during our ice cream socials and belting out down-home folk songs at our Pickin’ ‘n’ Grinnin’ group sing-alongs. In season, our entertainment schedule is packed with bingo, potlucks, card games, barbecues, dances and pancake breakfasts.
When not occupied by one of our scheduled activities, you can organize your own fun with a game of billiards or shuffleboard, go for a dip in our heated pool or take a stroll around our pond. For entertainment outside the resort, Zephyrhills has skydiving, bird watching, plus plenty of shops and restaurants. The area also has dozens of options for day trips in nearby Tampa and Orlando – including Busch Gardens, Disney World, Universal Studios and Epcot Center.
Waters Edge is a 55+ community with 217 full-hookup sites available for monthly, seasonal and long-term rentals. Our guests also have the option of cable television and wireless internet services for an additional fee. Other resort amenities include an on-site laundry facility, a bathhouse with showers and a “pets welcome” policy.
