Just an hour north of Tampa and only a mile from beaches on the Gulf of Mexico, Club Wildwood pairs serene surroundings with a busy social calendar for our residents. Take a dip in our 85,000 gallon swimming pool, or simply relax by our pool’s waterfall. Our spacious clubhouse includes a small library, pool tables, a television room and card tables.
Outdoors, our community enjoys sharing meals at our picnic area and playing games on our shuffleboard courts, tennis court, bocce ball court and at our horseshoe pits. There’s even a dog run area for pet owners and a large fishing lake for anglers. For some scheduled fun, we organize special events for our residents - including bingo, karaoke, potlucks, ice cream socials, cruises, dart tournaments, happy hours, pancake breakfasts, line dancing and bridge games. Many of our residents are also members of clubs like bowling leagues, golf leagues and the Red Hat Society.
A home at Club Wildwood is affordable for all budgets. Our rent includes city water, trash, sewer, landscaping and full use of all recreation facilities for you and your guests.
