About Carefree RV Resorts
Carefree RV Resorts ("Carefree") is a privately owned company that acquires and operates high quality RV parks and manufactured home communities. Carefree properties are located in established markets that appeal to families who vacation, empty-nesters who travel and enjoy life, and active retirees. Our properties are located in Florida, Texas, New Jersey, Massachusetts, North Carolina, California and Ontario, Canada.
Carefree leases sites within our communities for annual, seasonal, monthly, weekly and daily stays. We also sell homes within most of our communities to guests who have decided to make a Carefree community their home.
Carefree communities provide not only a place to live, but an active way of life, with abundant activities and programs, amenities, and fun, friendly and helpful staff.
